Summary: Disable prop-types warnings since they will be ignored in React v19
Justification: prop-types are disabled in React v19 so there is no value in forcing devs to and and maintain a bunch of values that we know are just going to be removed in the next release. If we were on the cusp of converting everything to TS they might be worth keeping, but we’re not, so we shouldn’t.
