New property for agreement lines for "suppress from discovery". This is a boolean property.
This story is to add the property to the backend and to the Agreement line Edit screen
Additionally ERM-893 describes an alternative option for setting this flag on Agreement lines
The property is for as information for downstream systems, and is not intended to control anything specific in Folio functionality
