Add ability to search/filter agreements based on custom properties (aka "supplementary information")

https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/ERM-668#icft=ERM-668 added the ability to search/filter licenses based on custom properties (terms). This story is to implement the same functionality for custom properties (supplementary information) on Agreements.

The search and filter should work in the same way in Agreements as the current functionality in Licenses, but in place of "Term"/"Terms" the labels "Supplementary property"/"Supplementary properties" should be used
