Create AL edit screen

Description

When the Agreement Line preview pane is displayed, an option to edit it should be available.

Selecting the Edit option will open the Agreement Line in an edit pane.

The attached mockup shows an example of an AL with an e-resource which is a title from the local KB. The e-resource details will be displayed using the standard title and package cards with the following changes:

Local KB title card: do not show the "related" details.
Local KB package card: add the "Type" field. The value will always be "Package" but this is needed for context in the Edit pane. This field should be added to the main Local KB Package card component and displayed in all instances.

Custom coverage can be added for local KB e-resources only.
