In the License Preview pane, in the Amendments accordion, amendments are listed in an MCL.
Currently the amendment "Name" is a link to the Amendment record. Instead the whole row should be selectable/clickable. See: https://github.com/folio-org/stripes-components/tree/master/lib/MultiColumnList#usability-clickable-rows-vs-clickable-cells
To do:
Remove link from the amendment name
Make each row selectable using the onRowClick prop
Selecting a row should open the amendment record.
