Write error message wording for issue

Each error message should be displayed in a modal which can be dismissed via a "Close" button.

The header should display the red error icon and the message "Error: the agreement was not duplicated" displayed in bold text.

The modal body contains three lines:

Line 1: should change depending on the cause of the error:

• "Unable to duplicate the agreement. The response received from the server was invalid."

• "Unable to duplicate the agreement. The clone endpoint could not be accessed."

Line 2: "Please try again" - displayed in bold.

Line 3: "If the problem persists contact your system administrator."
