Agreement. Scroll bar vertical and horizontal is blinking/flashing

Description

Step to reproduce:

  1. Login to FOLIO Snapshot, go to the Agreements app

  2. Select the segment 'E-resources'

  3. Select from the filterL type: Book

Expected:
Get the result list, with a visible scrollbar

Actual result:
The scrollbars (horisontal and vertical) is looking grey, and is blinking/flashing - see the screencast video: https://screencast.com/t/8pR3ytk10Wr

It is fixed on Win 10 / Chrome 81.0.4044.92 as well.

Adi made a change yesterday that has fixed it for me (as of today) on Mac OS Catalina / Chrome 80.0.3987.163. Can you check again to see if that has fixed for you as well?
