Remove defaults from ContentType

The new package ContentType contains some default values. Because ContentTypes automatically appear in the filter for Packages, even when there are no packages with one of the default ContentTypes then they still display.

@Defaults(['Serials', 'Monographs', 'Databases'])

To avoid this happening based on the default values, we should not have any default values for the ContentType
