Add links from the Agreement lines search to the parent Agreements

Purpose:

Following on from https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/ERM-2344#icft=ERM-2344, when the user opens the Agreement lines search from an Agreement, they need to be able to return easily to the parent Agreement.

User story statement(s):

As a ERM manager,
I want to be able to easily navigate from the Agreement line search and sort results to the parent agreements,
So that I can view the parent Agreements with a minimum number of clicks/steps.

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:

   • Given I'm viewing the Agreement line search and sort AND one or more agreement lines are displayed

   • When I view the "Parent agreement" column in the MCL

   • Then the agreement names are hyperlinks to view the Agreement (using the Parent Agreement UUID)

2. Scenario:

   • Given I'm viewing the Agreement line search and sort AND a filter to an Agreement has been applied

   • When I view the filter

   • Then the agreement name is a hyperlink to view the Agreement (using the agreement UUID)

3. Scenario:

   • Given a link to an agreement

   • When I select the link

   • Then the Agreement record opens in the Agreement search and sort pane.

   • Given I'm viewing the Agreement line search and sort AND a filter to a PO Line has been applied

   • When I view the filter

   • Then the PO Line number is a hyperlink to view the PO Line
