Update for stripes-kint-components translation handling changes

QA 2022-10-12: Following translation keys seem absent:

• ui-licenses.terms.all = All

• ui-licenses.terms.none = None

• ui-agreements.settings.supplementaryProperties = Supplementary properties

• ui-agreements.settings.supplementaryPropertyPickList =  Supplementary properties pick list setup

• ui-agreements.settings.pickListSelect = Select pick list

Ethan says:

• either - we're directly telling it to override but no override exists

• or - there's no setting from k-int components and no key in the app

Most likely keys removed in the apps in error - so the translation keys just need adding in app

Licenses still needs doing:

• Add all translations

• Add top level key config in index.js

• Remove all unnecessary labelOverrides (I think all of them for licenses)
