Internal note not displaying on Terms/Supplementary Properties

Overview:
The Internal note information is not displaying on Terms/Supplementary Properties in the License/Agreement view

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Edit a License

2. Add a Term value with an Internal Note

3. Save license

Expected Results:
Internal note displays as part of the term information

Actual Results:
Internal note not displayed
