The functionality in this story has been delivered via:
Add "Suppress from discovery" property to e-resources
Add "Suppress from discovery" property to Agreement lines
Add support for tags to eresources
!/images/icons/issuetypes/story.svg|width=16,height=16! Add support for tags to agreement lines
These do not use the UI as envisaged in and this may be worth revisiting in the future, but the functionality is now available

There should be research into what Data Import components can be pulled over/adapted into Stripes. Mariia Aloshyna seems to mainly have written those components, so talking with her about the implementation would be good once we figure out whether our usage of the components would differ. Eg, how many levels of nesting do they support? Do we need more? Different groupings?
On the Stripes side, the usual culprits of Coburn and Rasmus.
Reach out to the wider Stripes/Folio community and see if anyone else has plans to use these kinds of UIs.

When viewing an e-resource record the menu option "Edit tags and flags" is available from the Actions button.
Selecting the option opens the screen shown in the mock-up "Edit tags and flags - collapsed accordions".
Note:
a similar design is used in Data Import Settings, e.g. https://folio-snapshot.aws.indexdata.com/settings/data-import/job-profiles/view/72af7eb7-d7e2-4d16-93ac-682b9a58a94c?sort=name
To be decided:
whether or not it makes sense to include some sort of tag indicator on the collapsed accordions. As this is an Edit pane the indicator would be incorrect once the user has applied or removed tags, and only be updated on saving the record.
