Current situation or problem: ** For periodical/serial records, RTAC currently supports two configurations:

fullPeriodicals=true displays the item-level data on these records

fullPeriodicals=false displays the holdings statements for these records (this is also the behavior if the parameter is not specified)

Libraries want to have the option to display both summary holdings statements and item-level data (including enumeration and chronology) simultaneously within the RTAC.
