Add Authorization header to D2IR API calls

Overview:

According to the API specification from the vendor, all D2IR API requests require Authorization header.

In order to make Okapi not use this header's value for authentication, it was decided to check presence of this header in edge-inn-reach and then sent header's value to mod-inn-reach as a new header 'x-d2ir-authorization'.

  • 'x-d2ir-authorization' header included on requests from edge-inn-reach to mod-inn-reach
