Fix spelling of "fulfillmentPreference" in existing requests

Description

In CIRC-253 spelling of property "fulfilmentPreference" was changed to "fulfillmentPreference" (double-L) for newly created requests. Now we need to create a migration script to fix spelling in existing requests.
