I think the issue UIU-1292 didn't fix this one. It will be nice to have clarification if it takes a lot of time to get a calendar and loan data, or they are not displayed at all (Unfortunately, it difficult to understand it from the attached video). For now, I was able to reproduce only a case that the calendar and loans are not displayed for a long time (more than 10 seconds), and the modal looks like a broken (After UIU-1379 UI will be more responsive - a user will know about a loading process). If this issue is about this case, I can provide more details.

Usually the developers are able to tell us if there has been work done in the quarter which could have inadvertently resolved the issue (which would explain why it doesn't repro in folio-snapshot). Of course, if something we've done this quarter inadvertently fixed this, we don't need to further investigate. If not, we need to have someone take a look at the BugFest environment to see if they can figure out what is going on.
