"Change due date" modal displays no calendar or loan data for users with ~ 40 loans

Description

In Chrome. Chalmers FOLIO environment.

Steps to reproduce:
1. In users, open a user with ~ 44 loans
2. Click on Open loans
3. When the list of Open loans has loaded successfully, check one of the loans and click *Change due date*

Expected results:
The *Change due date* modal window opens, with calendar and loan data.

Actual results:
The *Change due date* modal window opens, but displays no calendar or loan data.

It looks like this could be somehow related to users with a large number of loans. It seems to start occuring sporadically (maybe when the system is strained from manual testing activity?) somewhere around 30 loans, and then more and more consistently with larger numbers of loans.

Tested successfully in Chalmers environment.

from 's investigations, it sounds like this was already fixed in a feature that will be part of the Q4 release. Does Chalmers need a hotfix before then?

Thanks . Emma can give you a login to the https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com/ environment where this can be reproed, if that's helpful. If you need anything from the logs, EBSCO can help.

I think the issue UIU-1292 didn't fix this one. It will be nice to have clarification if it takes a lot of time to get a calendar and loan data, or they are not displayed at all (Unfortunately, it difficult to understand it from the attached video). For now, I was able to reproduce only a case that the calendar and loans are not displayed for a long time (more than 10 seconds), and the modal looks like a broken (After UIU-1379 UI will be more responsive - a user will know about a loading process). If this issue is about this case, I can provide more details.

Not sure if that's worth looking into given that the same issue isn't occurring on folio-testing.

Usually the developers are able to tell us if there has been work done in the quarter which could have inadvertently resolved the issue (which would explain why it doesn't repro in folio-snapshot). That's why I looped in . I was trying to understand whether he thought that his fix for UIU-1292 might have also fixed this issue. What do you think ?

Of course, if something we've done this quarter inadvertently fixed this, we don't need to further investigate. If not, we need to have someone take a look at the BugFest environment to see if they can figure out what is going on.
