Keep the applied filters in Orders

Description

Background:
We are trying to find a good workflow for going through orders to claim manually. This is a possible way but it has some obstacles. Not sure to use Bug or Story, but since I don't know what behavior is expected. I'm writing it as a bug.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to Chalmers (Edelweiss) or to Snapshot (as of 20200312)

  2. Go to Orders

  3. I apply selected filters in the order tab. (For this use case: Status Open, tag HB, Order type One time.)

  4. I sort on PO number to get the oldest orders on top

  5. I click through to a POL.

  6. I write a comment in the Receiving note field.

  7. I click the arrow "Back to PO" and find myself at the Orders tab again, with the recently edited order in the third pane.

  8. Now, I want to continue the work in the list of orders.

Expected behaviour:
To get back to the result list with the applied filters and the previous order open in the third pane.

Actual results:
I only see one Order in the result list, the one I just edited.
I have to repeat the steps above and also try to remember how far down in the list I was. Quite cumbersome!

Additional information:

  • The behaviour in Snapshot is the same as far as I can see (20200312)

  • It would be nice to be able to see and sort on Created day as well. (Maybe even better than last updated date, at least for one time orders. A toggle?)

Tried reproducing on Chalmers tenant (now Fameflower) and couldn't reproduce. Result list remains intact after completing described workflow.

Thanks there is actually a critical bug in the current release that prevents a user from editing a POL in any way. We are working on a bug fix release for the end of the week that should resolve this. Please hold off on logging additional bugs until you had a chance to test the new code in bugfest. I will post in the bugfest channel when the Orders app fixes have been released to bugfest. thanks for testing!

Hi I tried to recreate this in Bugfest today but wasn't able to as it wouldn't let me edit a receiving note (old bug we've had previously in the Chalmers environment, I'll go over to bugfest and see if it's been filed as a bug there).
It happened just as described in snapshot and the Chalmers enviroment today.
I made a screencast in snapshot but coudn't upload due to file size, see attached screenshots instead....

Hi I'm having trouble recreating this. When I edit a POL in the PO search area and click save or cancel I arrive back in the PO search area with the same filters. Could you share a quick screen capture of this as I'm sure I'm missing something. thx!
