Overview: "0" is displayed in "Number of titles" column when browse for Local contributor at member tenant

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into College tenant of ECS Poppy environment as User ecs_0001_admin / admin

2. Go to "Inventory" >> "Browse"

3. Select "Contributors" browse option

4. Fill in the query: "United Church of Christ. Penn Northeast Conference test"

5. Click on the "Search" button.

Expected Results: "United Church of Christ. Penn Northeast Conference" contributor is displayed in the result list with "1" value in "Number of titles" column and it's clickable.

Actual Results: "United Church of Christ. Penn Northeast Conference" contributor is displayed in the result list with "0" value in "Number of titles" column and it's not a hyperlink.

Additional Information: 
"United Church of Christ. Penn Northeast Conference" contributor doesn't have value for "contributorNameTypeId" field (see screenshot).
