Overview: Cannot update shared MARC bib via Data import on member tenant

Preconditions:

• MARC bib record(s) should be uploaded to Central tenant

• College (member) tenant should have import job profile to update MARC bib with matches by 999 ff$s (you can use "Update MARC Bib records by matching 999 ff $s subfield value" profile)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into https://bugfest-poppy-consortium.int.aws.folio.org/ (you can login as an admin)

2. Switch affiliation to a "College" tenant

3. Go to "Inventory"

4. Select "Yes" in "Shared" facet

5. Select "MARC" in "Source" facet

6. Check the checkbox that is displayed next to any record in results list

7. Click on the "Actions" button on the second pane and select "Export Instances (MARC)" option

8. Go to "Data export" app

9. Download exported ".mrc" file by clicking on the "File name" column value

10. Go to the "Data import" app

11. Click on the "or select files" button → Select the downloaded ".mrc" file (see previous step) → Click the "Open" button

12. Click on the created in precondition "Update MARC Bib records by matching 999 ff $s subfield value" job profile → Click on the "Actions" in the appeared third pane → Select "Run" option → Click on the "Run" button in appeared modal

13. When job is finished, open import log for it by clicking on uploaded file name

Expected Results:

• Once import is complete, a new row with "Completed" status will appear

• Import log contains "Updated" link next to the title of updated MARC bib record

Actual Results:

• Once import is complete, a new row with "Completed with errors" status appears

• Import log contains "No action" text next to the title of updated MARC bib record

• When clicking on MARC bib title, a log details page contains "No record" message
