Failed test: ISBN search fails when hyphens are included

Description

Overview:
Steps to Reproduce:
# Log into FOLIO bugfest https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com
# Click on Inventory

  1. On Search & Filter drop down menu, select "-ISBN"

  2. Enter an ISBN known to be in the system. At the time of writing this the following ISBNs wre available for search: 0-8186-0636-3 ; 0-931988-62-4 ; 0-8306-7577-9 ; 0-02-314247-2

  3. Remove the hyphens from the ISBN

  4. Click the Search button
    Expected Results: 
    Search should result in locating the Instance with that ISBN Resource Identifier, whether or not hyphens are included.
    Actual Results:
    Search states, "No results found for "0931988624." Please check your spelling and filters.
    Additional Information:
    This is also true for an ISSN search.

- this is actually a good test case to have, when we have implemented . So this test can come in play when doing bugfest for the Q4 2019 (Edelweiss) FOLIO environment.

Normalized ISBN searches will not be implemented until Q4.

I guess that has explained that if you test many stories, then sometimes there get to be some kind of cache problem.

I always clear my browser, and start a fresh session of FOLIO every morning.

I don't know of course, but that might explain what is going on here?

Just to make sure I'm communicating this clearly. I just did the same search, removed the hyphens, and got the following result: (which fails)
