Export of 1.2M Instances stuck in progress on Eureka Ramsons bugfest environment, Central tenant

Overview: Export of Instances on Eureka Ramsons bugfest environment stuck in progress on specific dataset (file attached).

Steps to Reproduce:

Attached .csv file with UUIDs of Instances can be used to reproduce the issue on Eureka Ramsons bugfest environment, Central tenant

  1. Go to "Data export" app

  2. Click "or choose file" button => Upload .csv file with UUIDs of Instances (file attached)

  3. Select "Default instances export job profile"

  4. Select "Instances" => Click "Run"

Expected Results: Export is completed successfully, new row is displayed with export log

Actual Results: Export stuck in progress with 99%

Additional information: Reviewing logs by developer showed 500 Internal Server Errors, the logs are attached and need additional investigation

don’t think I can add more tech details having logs in description that say that invoice-storage timeouts after 60s as a result data exports chunks fail, we observed it having bulk edit in parallel that retrieves 80k records

not sure about closing the ticket. We opened it specifically for Ramsons, and attached logs so that someone could look into to understand the reason of 500 Internal Server Errors in logs that prevented data export from completion. could provide more technical details on this, if needed
