Re-deploy mod-source-record-storage with DEBUG logging level

Description

For investigating this blocker ticket:[MODSOURCE-871] Eureka ECS bugfest - 504 Gateway Time-out Error is returned for MARC Search request against Central tenant - FOLIO Jira there should be changed longing level to DEBUG for mod-source-record-storage module on the https://eureka-bugfest-ramsons-consortium.int.aws.folio.org/ environment.

For enabling DEBUG log level need to change LOG4J_CONFIGURATION_FILE:

filter.threshold.level = DEBUG
rootLogger.level = DEBUG
rootLogger.appenderRefs = DEBUG
