Verify set of environment variables required by Vega's applications

Description

Following variables are crucial for few workflows.

Ask is to verify that all those are properly honored/set in the process of environment setup:

  1. Env variables for BE modules.

  • SECURE_TENANT_ID

  • mod-requests-mediated

  • mod-circulation-bff

  • mod-patron

  • edge-patron

  • SECURE_REQUESTS_FEATURE_ENABLED

  • edge-patron

  • ECS_TLR_FEATURE_ENABLED

  • mod-inventory-storage

  1. Interim service point.
    Run mod-iventory-storage with loadReference=true (or its Eureka equivalent).
    Expected result: service point with ID 32c6f0c7-26e4-4350-8c29-1e11c2e3efc4 and name "Interim service point" exists in ALL tenants.

tested critical workflows with after the fix - the rebf cluster was working properly.

Handled all requirements. Added env var into edge-patron (in configuration repository) and updated template form mod-circulation-bff.
