Pre-validation Env issues

Description

After the deployment on 04.03, several issues were found in the pre-validation environment. They are described below.

  1. Cannot place a request - settings “Failed to create level request” is selected by default, it should be unchecked for it to work - Done

: The issue might be caused by the "Fail to create title level hold when request is blocked by circulation rule" checkbox being enabled. I just tried creating a request with this checkbox active and got the same error as you. Then, I disabled the setting and successfully created the record.

Implemented in scope of:

  1. Check in an item from the central tenant that has no requests - In progress

: Not implemented yet, should be verified after

  1. Switch tenants - In progress

: Not able to reproduce - QA team in progress

  1. Refresh inventory to reload the entire page - In progress

Hello , this ticket helps track all LOC channel comments. The issues listed above pertain to different development teams. If possible, I would prefer to keep the ticket as it is while troubleshooting / investigation is in progress. If any of the issues require fixes from specific teams, I will open separate tickets accordingly.
