Collaboration with the PTF team is required to assess memory utilization behavior in sidecar version 2.0.9, where a previous memory leak issue was resolved. As a result of collaboration (after the report of PTF team is analyzed), recommendation should be provided on the following:
whether dynamic resource allocation is required or static one across all the sidecars regardless of individual module load or the number of concurrent clients

As a result, hosting providers should have the environment variables which can be applied uniformly, replacing the current approach where each module specifies its memory allocation based on expected usage.
