Trillium UAT - Patron Photo Capture
Brief description
This is an enhancement to the Profile Pictures feature started in Quesnelia and continued in Ramsons. This functionality allows staff to use a webcam to capture a photo to use as a profile picture. The goal of this testing is to verify that the photo capture modal behaves as expected and is able to capture, crop, and save a photo to a user record.
