• Discussion = Christine to pass on to doc group

  • Permission Sets in reference environments are reference data! = should not be described within documentation, since institutions will probably not have them in their system; unclear how these reference sets are maintained in future; at the moment it seems just to exist for testting purposes

  • documentation of individual permissions should not be app by app documentation but all included (maybe outside docs.folio.org) for better maintanance

  • documentation of helper apps (custom fields, tags, notes) should be separate listed on docs.folio.org since it concerns all apps
