  1. Discuss documentation.  The SIG will be working with User Management documentation.  We will need someone from the SIG to participate in the Documentation Working Group to help us coordinate.

  2. Feedback on the User Expiration feature.

We have decided to set aside time in SIG meetings every so often to discuss documentation, and do some group-writes of documentation, if we can.  There is a wiki space for getting started.

  • Who is the target audience for the documentation?  End-users being trained?  Systems Librarians who already know a bit about Folio?

  • Marcia B. is talking about task-oriented documentation

  • Other kinds of documentation:

    • Configuration

    • Management

Feedback on User Expiration feature

Everyone on the call was happy with the feature.  There is some work that needs to be done with the language in the pop-up to make the actions a little clearer.  Can there be a tooltip for the "Recalculate" button?
