	NCIP user lookup	@Michelle Suranofsky	Michelle has been working on the NCIP interface, and had a question of where to look for the barcode in the user record to match up the NCIP request with the user record. `http://localhost:9130/users?query=(barcode=="876579559")` is the CQL query. Note to use double equals after barcode, a single equals also finds "`12345-876579559`" and "`8765795`59`-b`". Reference: https://dev.folio.org/reference/glossary/#cql
	User under review	@Maura Byrne	Maura had seen mention that the "user module was under review" and was looking for more information. We have none, although it may have been referring to the impending change in PO.
	Permissions management discussion	@Maura Byrne	Maura has been working with assigning permissions to users, and testing the process and the effect. She has found that sometimes the assigned permissions do not produce the expected access to the system.
