Only the name of the template is required / mandatory.

• Some reordering of the fields is necessary.

• Placeholder text will be in light gray, and be typed over, and not be saved if left alone.

• Moving from a picker to a drop-down for Enrollment date

  • Options to either leave the field blank by default or set the field to the current date when the template is applied to the user record.

• No “Default” values for selections (for now). Make them part of your customized template.

• Much discussion around issues related to default values, such as “@springfield” for the email field. Having placeholder text underneath the field name for each choice would result in a more aesthetically pleasing interface. People seemed to appreciate this option; additional mockups will follow for future review.

• Barcode and Username fields will undergo a duplicate check; placeholder text will be used here for both.

• Options for each template form: EDIT, DUPLICATE, DELETE.

• If you forget to name a duplicated template, the name will be stamped with a date and time stamp so you won’t overwrite an existing template and the name of the file won’t be appended with a simple “file (1)” extension.

• Much discussion on Show and Hide options with the eyeball; show all, hide all; once saved, what behavior will be followed. (Fields won’t be visible again once the template is saved; this follows behavior already defined in FOLIO.)

Bulk delete user records

• In general mockups look good.

• Would be helpful to include mention that data for deleted users would be available in the Bulk Edit logs for 30 days after deletion. (This 30 day retention period is configurable and the message should display the configured retention period)
