Recurring Calendar

• @Maccabee Levine has volunteered to post the RFC messages (note related to the OST pages, but to the recurring calendar)

• Acknowledged that these two should happen when Sunflower is GA, which has not yet happened.  The thought is that it's probably not a big deal to do these things now.

  • Created the Umbrellaleaf page

  • Archived the Quesnelia page

• Updated the Recurring calendar as much as possible given the available release timelines.
