app-acquisitions-1.0.29 (Sunflower CSP 7) seems to be missing a permission that allows one to use the endpoint PUT finance/ledger-rollovers-progress/{id} . Our fiscal year rollover test failed silently and folio thinks it is still in progress, so I tried to update the ledger rollovers progress table to ERROR and kept getting 403 response to the PUT request. Eureka troubleshooting

Problems with authorization (401 error) on Login to Stripes via Keycloak because of mod-users-keycloak not getting the JWT token in a valid form. Suggestion by Shelley: Maybe Header containing the JWT are dropped by TLS termination at (external to Kubernetes) LoadBalancer. Potential Solution: have the external Service be transparent, letting Kubernetes handle TLS termination.
