WolfCon Prague (August 31 – September 3)

General question:

How many of us are planning to attend WolfCon?

Depending on how many of us will be attending and the level of interest, I can look into organizing an informal get-together, either during the conference (perhaps over lunch) or over dinner.

I’ll also try to use WolfCon as an opportunity to get people interested in the group/recruit writers.

Trillium release

Are we ready for the main branch to be switched to Trillium?

Anything that needs to be addressed before that? Open questions that need to be answered?

Once everyone has brought their respective sections reasonably up to date, I plan on going through the individual areas on the Trillium documentation page and cross-check when each section was last updated.
If a page hasn’t been touched since the release of Sunflower (or earlier) I’d like to send a quick slack message to the people who’re listed as the official writers to check if the section just hasn’t changed that much or if they forgot to update the documentation.

Since the last flower release, some writers have officially stepped away without naming a replacement, while a few people still listed as responsible also appear to have become inactive.

The purpose of this review is therefore not to monitor anyone’s work, but simply to make sure that everyone currently listed as responsible still considers themselves the official writer for their respective area.

Is everyone comfortable with this approach?

• Help needed for agreements → Has the issue been resolved by now? Unfortunately the notes from last meeting are still missing for this item

• Moving the eUsage Reports (Plugin) section to Agreements; Ticket:https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/DOCS-634 → Is this a task that can be easily managed? I’m not entirely sure if moving the section is only requested for Trillium and up or if the change needs to be applied retroactively to all flower release documentations, making it more complicated
