Trillium release	Julia	Trillium is live! Trillium R1 2026 Release Notes Did everyone manage to update their parts of the documentation? Any help needed? Are we ready for the main branch to be switched to Trillium? The segment for the inventory import app is still missing but actively being worked on
Adding a new docs page for Settings > Bulk Edit	Lola	A new settings page is needed for Defining and Using Bulk Edit Profiles but I am not confident on how to create one! Looking for advice.

Proposal to make sure the documentation working group gets all the information needed in a timely manner	Molly	Idea for potential escalation to Product Council: Can the FOLIO community formalize that product teams should secure a documentation specialist as part of their development process unless they intend to write and maintain the documentation themselves? It has happened a few times that the group has tried to scramble to find writers, but it's oftentimes very late that we find out that a new app is coming. Unfortunately, many of the folks in the group are already spread very thin and logistically cannot take on additional responsibilities with so little notice. Many app and feature developments originate within a SIG or based on development sponsored by a library or group of libraries. Is there potential for the product teams to identify specialists within that realm to own the documentation for the related app? Question for PC liaison @Martina Tumulla : is there a way to have this built in to the development process? Work from the beginning to identify a person and get documentation written so it is ready when a new app is available without putting more workload on the existing documentation writers.
Additional Topics		Ben has some bandwidth with Claiming App being taken care of now. Can join Molly or Laurence perhaps? No new writers have not come forward since putting out a call. Please let us know if you know of anyone.
