Opportunities for collaboration with POs in the writing process	Molly	Overall aim of this work to standardise the process A subject column (e.g. Claiming) was added to the original Google doc planning document Decided in meeting to add another Google doc to form a ‘wishlist’, which could then be shared with POs (or just the lead PO?) before the December meeting. This wishlist was discussed and edited in real time. → for next meeting → action item: Add any other ideas to the wishlist document
Trillium		Trillium was planned for November 10th 2025 (bug fest October 3rd - 24th); now pushed back to March 2026 (bug fest tbc) Documentation deadline as ever 1 week before.
Other		The group addressed some Github-related questions from Lola as the newest member of the group.
BACKLOG		Topic documentation archive + navigation in the different releases still open: first idea: use flower symbols from the releases on the top open Contact to Julian concerning Docsy Upgrade still ongoing: 1st step update search engine, then theme Finding a new place for "Install FOLIO", e.g. in GitHub open
