Today is Christine Tobias' last meeting. We thank her for her commitment to this working group and wish her all the best for her retirement.

Lola Estelle is going to take over her areas! Thank you and of course welcome to the group!

New writers?

→ Did you, Laurence? Yes, he did. The Working Group Membership page is updated to reflect new writers and current section assignments.

Opportunities for collaboration with POs in the writing process

Molly

• Molly met with PO's to discuss the documentation process and understand the collaborative needs of the Docs WG.

• Would the group like to have PO's come to a meeting? YES! This would help writers understand functionalities/expected behaviors/bugs in new releases. It would also be an opportunity for the PO’s to review documentation and identify gaps or suggest revisions.

• After discussion, it was decided to invite PO’s to the December meeting. Molly will create a Google doc in the FOLIO Documentation Work Group folder for PO’s and writers to add comments, etc.

Trillium

Trillium is planned for November 10th 2025 (bug fest October 3rd - 24th)

Documentation deadline as ever 1 week before: November 3rd

BACKLOG

• Topic documentation archive + navigation in the different releases still open: first idea: use flower symbols from the releases on the top open

• Contact to Julian concerning Docsy Upgrade still ongoing: 1st step update search engine, then theme

• Finding a new place for "Install FOLIO", e.g. in GitHub open
