MS Excel

This version is MS Excel 2016 (Screenshots in German).

Before you connect, check for your Excel architecture (32 bit or 64 bit)!

Dependent on this result download the corresponding ODBC PostgreSQL Driver from https://www.postgresql.org/ftp/odbc/versions/msi/ (I used version 11)

Install the ODBC Driver (MSI File)

In the Control Center goto Management and ODBC data sources:

At User-DNS add a new source and select PostgreSQL Driver. I could choose betwenn ANSI and Unicode Format.

Enter the data in the form, test, and save:

Open Excel

New File → Data → From data sources:

Choose Data Connection Assistent

Choose your fresh installed PostgreSQL datasource.

Specify the databases (currently only ldp) und tables:

And finally you recieve most of the data, because loans are already to big for Excel spreadsheet:
