How to Join Reporting SIG Meetings
Meetings are held on Zoom on the first 4 Mondays of each month at 11:00 am Eastern U.S. time (see this time in your time zone). The first and third Mondays focus on Reporting Development topics, and the second and fourth Mondays focus on Reporting Business topics.

Community Priorities Dashboard Development from FOLIO Product Council | Jenn Eustis, Sharon Markus, Scott Perry | The Product Council is gathering priorities from SIGs across the FOLIO project to inform software development. Metadb Data Privacy Subgroup Forming | Sharon Markus | During the Reporting SIG meeting on 7/14/25, we heard from several institutions about data privacy, data anonymization, and access via security roles/permissions to Metadb reporting databases. We are forming the Metadb Data Privacy subgroup of the Reporting SIG to offer a forum for working on priorities and solutions for Metadb software development. This is envisioned as a limited set of meetings to identify priorities then work with developers on feature development.

Reporting in FOLIO Finance Apps and Acquisitions in the Lists App | Joe Reimers, Dennis Bridges | Joe Reimers and Dennis Bridges will offer a presentation on “Reporting in FOLIO Finance Apps and Acquisitions in the Lists App” to enable us to learn more about these areas of data delivery in FOLIO.
