Manually increase timeout for the following services in Kong: mod-inventory-storage, mod-oai-pmh

Setting the timeout to 5 minutes was recommended, but as we experienced an issue with db inventory performance, we decided to increase the timeout to 20 minutes (1200000).

Followup user story to automate the configuration of timeouts for those modules:

Entitlement timeout. If you see timeout exception inside entitlements logsq

please adjust FOLIO_CLIENT_READ_TIMEOUT=600s in to manager-tenant entitlements env variables

Application is not enabled for tenant error on UI

Re-enable application.

Use http://jenkins.dev.folio.ebsco.com:8080/view/Eureka-operations/job/fse-eureka-manage-applications/ to disable and after that enable apps

Missing permissions to execute some functionality. Maybe happened due to missing role capabilities
