UIEUS-536 : Starting with Counter version 5.1, the Counter standard includes a registry URL for the counter registry record of a provider. The pattern of the URL is different in version 5.1 of the standard than it is in version 5.1.1. We have adjusted the validation of the URL so that both versions are accepted.

MODROLESKC-430 : The roles API now correctly tracks directly assigned capabilities versus capabilities inherited from sets. This update also adds database indexes to improve authorization query performance.

KEYCLOAK-124 : Upgraded Keycloak to version 26.7.0 to include the latest upstream security fixes. There is no functional impact on user authentication, login, or user management, and no action is required from institutions.

A security fix has resulted in a UI defect where buttons in the buttongroup component are separated. See issue. Will be fixed with Sunflower CSP #11 if not sooner.

CIRCSTORE-673 : Resolved an issue where request searches (GET /request-storage/requests) were timing out (>20 s) for large datasets. Database indexes have been added for several request fields — including instanceId and item.barcode — eliminating the full-table scans that caused the slowdowns.

Inventory app Fixes

• UIIN-3694 : Fixed an issue where the dropdown option to move items from one instance to another instance was reporting a successful message, but the in actuality the move failed. This issue was occurring specifically where the PO line has more than one holdings record created.

• UIIN-3596 : Ensured that when a user enters a value in a textbox and hits the Enter key, then the instance/holdings/items record is saved and closed. This is particularly relevant to using a scan-and-go barcode scanner; with this issue, the form was no longer auto-saving as it did in Ramsons.

MODSIDECAR-215 : This issue addressed a problem where exporting very large sets of library records (such as 500,000 or more items) would occasionally get stuck and fail to complete.
