Enhancements of the calculations in eUsage report

Misc. calculations was enhanced and corrected in the eUsage module which populate data into the Agreement app, the accordion eUsage reports.

The work is developed by The German Library Network hebis and Index Data as the Odin development team.

No extra permissions are needed to view this information, than having the already established permissions for the Agreement app, and being able to View, Edit, Create eUsage data.
