Assign an editable numeric sequence in Receiving

Pieces in the Receiving app now have a “Sequence” field, which can be edited. Existing receiving records will have Sequence values automatically created based on piece creation date. New pieces will automatically be assigned the next value. When changing the Sequence value, FOLIO will automatically rearrange other affected Sequence numbers.
