Batch allocation of funds
As of the Sunflower release, libraries can allocate money to budgets in batch via csv upload or direct entry into FOLIO. This allocation must be done on a per-ledger basis for a given fiscal year. Additionally, the batch allocation tool also allows for changing the status of a fund or budget, as well as changing allowable encumbrance and expenditure percentages.

Known issues
Very large ledgers (more than 300 associated funds) may encounter performance issues when using the batch allocation tool, and ledgers with more than 800 associated funds cause FOLIO to freeze up. This will be mitigated in a future service patch, however, libraries wishing to use the batch allocation tool may wish to limit the number of funds associated with a given ledger.
