New feature

Application display order

A user can now set their FOLIO Apps display order via Settings > My Profile > Application display order. Related JIRA:https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/UXPROD-3492

Notes:

  • This is the first FOLIO user preference!

  • User can access this feature via Settings > My Profile > Application display order

  • Please review Sunflower (R1 2025) Capability Updates for required capabilities to use this feature.

  • If your institution has ECS setup and you have multiple affiliations then you will need to set the application display order per tenant affiliation.
