Meeting Notes

• Cornell put in some features: Gap list RA SIG 

• The aim of this discussion is to identify the top priorities for this SIG and answering the question by the road map group

• The POs @Brooks Travis  and @julie.bickle gave updates on thelisted features:
  
  

  • Filter requests by item effective location: requirements are all set but the development is waiting for the date sync working group

  • Bulk edit: @Magda Zacharska is working on a proof of concept and is using the Users App as a use case

  • Note + staff slip refinements: Small group for printing is working on getting requirements worked out - update as soon as this is done

  • Actual Cost: this feature is strongly desired by Cornell, MSU and others. Holly is currently working on requirements. But it will not be in Kiwi

  • Three-part item state: Still no PO for item states.
    
    

    • Item States are a priority for RA

  • Performance: The Performance can depend on several criteria (Rule based Patron blocks, Hosting set ups, ..)

    • a list of these dependencies would be helpful to identify the problem and maybe solve them

    • Here is a document on api calls to check in by the Support SIG
