• creating requests by Item ID-the importance of creating a request which does not have a barcode-it is tracked by item ID, Tania will follow up, but it is known that it is important to have the search feature.

  • Mockup change: action column begins with action that happened, then concatenated with cancellation reason then free text.

    • Do we like this? No one has any objections, we will move forward and get sign off of full SIG

  • There is no character limit set at the moment for free text, tested with 10K+ characters

  • Advanced search within the app

    • what would we want to search on?

    • simple search box - currently only seems to be looking at title, item barcode, patron barcode but is missing patron name

    • limits by request type and status

      • title

      • item barcode

      • call number

      • library shelving location

      • pickup location service point

  • renewal of requested item same or different rules than at moment of checkout

    • David B - it seems like if renewal of a requested item is allowed at all, it would need to be a different than at checkout

    • no one objects, so will assume they need to be different, can always be set to be the same

  • paging report-csv as a stand in

    • csv export is currently higher than the in app paging report

    • not that this would mean the in app report wouldn't be available for go live

    • would csv as a stand in work until the report is ready?

    • David B-how does advanced search factor in? Need to limit by shelving location for paging, whether via csv export or in app report, otherwise is a no go either way
