Privacy & Retention Policies

The Privacy SIG is collecting examples of institutional privacy and retention policies. Please add a copy of your organizations policy or any relevant policies you have found. You do not have to share what organization the policy is from, although it would be helpful. Add the physical policy or a link to the policy under the ‘Policy Document’ and indicated whether it is a privacy or retention policy.
