  • Review your features and add the at-risk label to any feature that will not be done at the end of the week.

    • Clean up your user story/bugs backlogs to only include issues that your team will complete during bugfixing period. Use the bugfix period for performance testing, load testing, exploratory testing, migration testing, and API testing.

    • No significant development should be happening during the bugfix period, if this is the case for your team, please let Oleksii or myself know.

    • Update release notes. Add the known-issues-sunflower label to issues.
