Trillium - PO Release Readiness Checklist
Update features' statuses - Dashboard - Trillium Release | Dev Freeze 19 Sep 2025 | GA 10 Nov 2025.
Make sure your UXPROD feature has the Fix version Trillium assigned
If NO development has started for a UXPROD feature, update the Fix version from Trillium release unless you are 125% confident it will be done by September 19th.
If development is In Progress and will not be complete by dev freeze either: split the feature, and/or add the at-risk label.
In general, add the at-risk label to any feature and/or issue if you cannot complete new development or significant defect work during the dev freeze period, and let Lead PO know ASAP.
Review your user stories/bugs backlog; if you have over 60 stories assigned to this release, move some issues to another release. See dashboard widget at https://folio-org.atlassian.net/jira/dashboards/10498?maximized=15519.
Make time to address as many defects as possible in the last 1-2 sprints before dev freeze; do not wait for after dev freeze. Review bugs dashboard at https://folio-org.atlassian.net/jira/dashboards/10464
Add known-issue-trillium to issues that will not be resolved in Trillium.
Start working with your teams NOW to update release notes before dev freeze.
Schedule UATs within the next two sprints.
