RMS: Sunflower CSP 6 released 4/9. CSP 7 will be released 5/11. There is a potential 1-2 week delay for Trillium - the goal is to reduce the number of CSPs and defects. Ramsons CSP 9 is still TBD and covers primarily security and important logging improvements. |

2 - 3 min | Feedback on Recorded Demonstration of Functionality | @Jeremy Huff | PC recently reviewed a PCE based on a video recording. Jeremy spoke with Khalilah: POs are in favor of this additinal, asynchonous option for reviewing, ie. handing in a recorded demonstration instead of coming into PC meeting. |
2 - 3 min | Encouragement to engage in the review of Umbrella Leaf functionality | @Charlotte Whitt | Charlotte has reached out to POs about PC pilot plans on scanning Umbrellaleaf functionality in three areas (UXPROD issues tagged with MM, UM, ACQ). Harry: We have an established process, why is this differing? In the new scenario, is PC doing the SIGs' job? Jeremy: Not replacing the documented process, the PC peeking what is going to come. Harry: This new process really should not impose more workload in POs. Jeremy: PC wants to find developments that should go into a PCE Autumn: PC may already meet capacity limit. Do we need more people on PC to fulfill the PC’s tasks as everyone already has little spare time? Harry: Agreed. Jennifer: The new approach is intended to make PC more proactive in evaluating functionality. Having more people on PC may be worth looking at. Jeremy: More people on PC are a good idea, but in the last elections there were only few candidates. |
